Using a blend of essential oils made to help with digestion, along with cinnamon essential oil, will help you be truly thankful this Thanksgiving!
- 1 ½ cup Morclēr filtered water
- 1 cup fresh apple cider
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 drops Améo Gest-Calm
- 1 drop Améo Cinnamon
- Bring Morclēr filtered water and apple cider to boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar, honey, and essential oils.
- Pour into mugs and enjoy!
