- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mangoes
- Zest & juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup chilled or frozen coconut cream
- 2/3 cup almond milk or vanilla almond milk
- 1 packet Vanilla Plant Protein
- 3 drops Améo Lemon Essential Oil
- Coconut flakes to top (optional)
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Top with coconut flakes (optional) or freeze and eat later!
