Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • 3 drops clove essential oil (rubbed onto orange, lemon, or apple slices)
  • 3 drops cinnamon essential oil (rubbed onto orange, lemon, or apple slices)
  • 3 drops orange essential oil (rubbed onto orange, lemon, or apple slices)

Instructions

Combine water, sliced apple, cinnamon sticks, sliced orange, sliced lemon, clove essential oil, cinnamon essential oilorange essential oil in a small pot and simmer over low heat. Refill water if it gets low!
