This natural, homemade whipped body butter is THE best. It’s silky smooth, absorbs quickly, and leaves your skin feeling like it just took a big drink of water—a feeling that I’ve definitely been missing this winter. I’ll let you in on a little secret, that’s my thumbs-up at the end of this video, and can I tell you something else? It has never looked better. Because look how shiny and moisturized it is! One quick tip: If ylang ylang essential oil (10% off in February) isn’t your favorite scent, feel free to switch it out with any topical essential oil (lavender, sandalwood, etc.)!

  • 1/2 cup shea butter
  • 1/3 cup Améo Fractionated Coconut Oil
  • 5-10 Améo Ylang Ylang Complete


In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of shea butter and 1/3 cup of Améo Fractionated Coconut Oil. Whip them together using a hand mixer for 5 minutes. Next, add 5-10 drops of Améo Ylang Ylang Complete. Use hand mixer to mix ingredients together for another minute or so. Store in any type of glass container you like!
